About Amanda O’Connor

Amanda O’Connor, PE, PMP – Principal/President

Amanda is president and founder of EES and offers over 30 years of experience with a broad engineering background that includes civil site design, drainage design, transportation design, and project controls. She is responsible for the successful design, coordination, and management of both municipal and private sector improvement projects, studies, and reports.

Amanda serves as project manager on interdisciplinary projects from the initial planning stages through design development and construction, working effectively with city and county councils, planning commissions and other community groups.

Amanda is professionally licensed as an engineer (PE) in multiple states and is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
