Jeff Kochevar, CDP – Principal/Director of Finance & Development

Jeff is a Principal and Director of Finance and Development at EES. Jeff brings 32 years of extensive experience in project development and program management to a wide range of complex public and private projects. His experience includes overseeing the entitlement process for more than 100 commercial properties within numerous municipalities throughout the United States. Jeff also has experience in project feasibility assessment, including physical due diligence and analysis, title review, code review, and conceptual site planning, and preparing detailed cost estimates, financial proformas, and project timelines. Jeff’s extensive experience in real estate development and financial management allows EES to understand the full scope of development and critical client issues, unique for a firm focused primarily design.

Jeff is a Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional (CDP).
