Mary Kasal, PE – Principal/Director of Operations

Mary is Principal and Director of Operations at EES. Mary has 20 years of civil engineering, entitlement, and project management experience. She has executed and managed large and small-scale projects for residential, commercial, agricultural, industrial, public, and multi-use developments. Mary also recently secured an $8.3M federal funding opportunity for a water District where she serves as the District Engineer. Her clients have included state and local governments, architects, contractors, national commercial and residential developers, and individual property owners. Mary is passionate about growing EES’s footprint.
