Auraria Higher Education Center – Multiple Projects

Entitlement and Engineering Solutions, Inc (EES) provided design and other professional services for several projects on the Auraria campus, including the following:

Relocate Existing Gas Line – EES coordinated with the gas line owner on relocation of the 20-inch gas line transecting the property. EES worked with the Xcel Energy to determine a suitable route for the new alignment of the 20-inch line that is mutually beneficial to Xcel, Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) and other vested stakeholders.

Detention Pond – EES performed planning-level review of the existing drainage report and proposed changes in runoff detention to evaluate whether changes in detention system size are required. The existing drainage report was made available for this analysis. EES prepared a drainage letter detailing the results of the analysis and potential cost impacts.
