Coffee and Fast Food

EES provides entitlements and civil engineering services for several coffee house brands and fast food restaurants in multiple locations throughout Colorado. Civil Engineering design services include conceptual site planning, dry and wet utility design, grading, drainage, easement exhibits, egress design and coordination with DOT’s, and permitting through various jurisdictions. EES also provides full entitlement services, feasibility analysis and cost estimating services for these sites.

Past and current Coffee and Fast Food clients include: Starbucks, Dutch Brothers, McDonald’s, Dunkin Donuts, Panda Express, and Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen.
