Cottonwood Hollow (Firestone, CO)

Cottonwood Hollow is a master planned community consisting of a approximately 900 new homes centrally located in the town of Firestone. The property is located off Sable Avenue (County Road 22), just ½ mile west of Birch Street (County Road 11). Interstate 25 and State Highway 119 allow for easy access to the community and for traveling to Denver, Longmont, and Fort Collins. This project consists of 118 +/- acres of residential and commercial land.

EES’s scope includes providing amendments to the ODP (Outline Development Plan) for the entire Cottonwood development, and full civil engineering design associated with: Filing 3, Filing, 4 (A&B), Arbor Steet, Jake Jabs Blvd, Sable Ave, LOMR associated with the new 100-year floodplain for the Cottonwood Hollow tributary, and a sanitary sewer by-pass system for the Saint Vrain Sanitation District.
