Des Moines Marina (Seattle, WA)

EES was contracted to design and evaluate several parking lot configurations as part of a pre-design report for redevelopment of the Des Moines Marina. EES provided several parking lot configuration options to meet the client’s parking count needs. Staff also evaluated bioretention and water quality treatment facilities as part of the report. The report included description of the existing conditions, the design analyses, cost estimates and proposed schedules for each alternative considered. Subsequent design and implementation is complete.
