Fueling and Car Wash Facilities

EES staff have extensive experience with the lifecycle of gas station/convenience store and car wash development processes including site selection, entitlements/design, and permitting. EES provides full site civil design services including grading and drainage, wet and dry utilities, truck routing, vehicular/pedestrian circulation, scheduling, peer review and cost estimating, full entitlements coordination and providing construction observation services. In many instances, EES also serves as an umbrella consultant to the client, providing overall management of the entire subconsultant team.

EES often acts as the single point of contact for all consultants, developers and jurisdictions with authority from site selection all the way through construction to grand opening.
