EES staff oversaw site development coordination and program management for the Home Depot development program in the northwestern region of the U.S. Staff were involved in approximately 50 Home Depot projects. Responsibilities
included site selection, site planning, feasibility analysis, full entitlement and permitting for each site, project scheduling, team management, and project close-out. Additionally, staff provided many existing Home Depot stores with assistance dealing with zoning violations, CC&R review, and expansion/remodel projects.
