DaVita Dialysis Center (Nationwide)
EES staff performed entitlement services and civil engineering for this medical provider as they expanded locations throughout the US. The dialysis centers were both new ground-up construction and tenant interior construction in existing retail centers, and presented a variety of entitlement coordination and site engineering challenges. EES also developed a companywide Design Criteria Manual for all construction types and standardized the site investigation to provide efficiencies during the entitlement process, allowing DaVita to explore new sites faster and more affordably.
National Healthcare Skilled Nursing Facilities (Multiple Locations, CO)
EES is providing entitlement and civil engineering services for National Healthcare Development, LLC for skilled nursing and memory care facilities in multiple cities throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado. EES is currently providing site planning, and construction services, including all grading, drainage, and utility design, and construction administration, preliminary site planning, and site selction. EES is also involved in jurisdictional meetings as necessary. These new facilities vary in size and scope, and typically include many several-acre ground-up construction projects.
Resort Lifestyle Senior Living Community (Aurora, CO)
EES was selected as the civil engineer for two large senior living centers planned in Aurora and Jefferson County. Each Community includes 130 home units and living amenities in a 180,000 square feet building. EES is responsible for developing the site design of these 7-acre lots including site layout, grading, drainage, wet utilities, parking and internal road design, and dry utility coordination for submittal to local jurisdictions for Planning and Engineering/Public Works review. EES will also oversee construction of these high-end living resorts.
