NOAA Manchester Seawater System

EES was selected for The Department of Commerce’s National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract for Professional, Architectural/Engineering (A/E) Services in the Western Region.

Our first project was Manchester Site Planning and Seawater System Design, located in Manchester, WA. With the expansion of marine aquaculture under directives of NOAA and NMFS Strategy we provided the engineering services for the expansion of the facilities needed for marine aquaculture research are anticipated to increase.
