Office and Industrial Facilities

Over the past 12 years, EES has worked on several office and industrial projects in Colorado. These projects have ranged from 200-acre master-planned industrial developments near Denver International Airport, to smaller single-tenant industrial buildings. EES’s scope of services for comprehensive master planning includes analyzing project constraints to help clients determine the most feasible layout for future development flexibility and economic return, conceptual civil engineering and cost estimating, and analyzing the governmental processes required to achieve our client’s vision.

A few specific examples of constructed projects include Inova at Dry Creek, a multi-building office complex in Centennial, Colorado, and Monte Fiore Farms, a 36,000 SF grow facility in Walsenburg, CO. The Inova project included full civil engineering and entitlement for 3 building phases, including conceptual design, preliminary design, final construction design and permitting through SEMSWA, ACWAA and the City of Centennial, and construction observation. The Monte Fiore project included subdivision of the property, water irrigation system design, full civil engineering for construction of the facility, and entitlement through Huerfano County, CO. EES also worked closely with water attorneys to reallocate water rights and prepare a water augmentation plan to allow interior water usage for marijuana growing.
