Porchlight at Boomerang Ranch (Greeley, CO)

The project scope EES was asked to complete for this development included adding to the current proposed site layout dated with 44 carriage houses, 41 two story units with three bedrooms and attached garages. An additional 87 units with two- or three-bedroom private homes, and onsite detention/water quality facilities were also required. EES provided conceptual design, annexation/rezone, preliminary design, final design and construction administration.
