The Hub at Virginia Village – Lokal Homes (Denver, CO)

EES served as Project manager for a 198 unit townhome development project for Lokal Homes in Denver, CO. This project is located on the site of a previous CDOT facility at South Holly Street and East Atlantic Place. Due to the density of 45 buildings on a 10.5 acre site, unique civil engineering and water service layouts were required and coordinated with Denver Water. The site also includes an Extended Detention Basin, which was designed as a landscaped amenity for the residents.
