Government & Federal
Entitlement and Engineering Solutions (EES) is a full-service consulting firm focusing on engineering design. We offer complete civil engineering services, including grading and drainage analysis and design, preparation of stormwater management plans, CLOMR/LOMR design, wet utility design (potable water, sanitary and storm sewers), erosion control, and roadway design. EES is familiar with requirements of agencies in multiple jurisdictions across the United States through past project experience. EES staff has extensive experience planning, designing, and overseeing construction with federal, state, and local government agencies. EES is SBE, DBE, SBA & M/WBE certified. Public Infrastructure & Transportation
Public infrastructure work encompasses a wide range of project types and end uses, often requiring unique approaches and designs. EES has supported a wide range of complex infrastructure projects, leveraging our expertise for design of drainage systems, highways, transit stops, transit stations, and utility distribution lines.

Civic Buildings and Facilities
Our team has worked on a variety of design projects for schools, police and fire stations, libraries, and more. Retail and Commercial
The design and entitlement of retail and commercial facilities requires a unique set of skills and experience to successfully navigate and overcome the challenges of gaining approvals in the current regulatory environment. From hotels and fueling stations to fast food restaurants and big box retailers, not everyone is excited to support expanded forms of retail and commercial development. Utilizing our experience in civil engineering and entitlements, our team has the expertise to get the job done.

The education sector includes a wide range of facilities with unique purposes, from student housing and classrooms to underground assembly halls. For private and public schools and universities, EES has supported the development of urban campuses using design-build methodology. As a result of our ability to work within multidisciplinary project teams, we have successfully collaborated with architects specializing in education facilities. Adapting builder specialty methods to subsurface conditions and project needs have been essential to the success of many design-build projects supported by EES.
